Dynamic Light Scattering with Raman (Helix) | Lab Equipment

Helix is a hybrid DLS-Raman system that can monitor molecular size and secondary/tertiary structure of proteinaceous molecules in a solution with or without external stress, such as temperature ramping. This system is a novel technology to evaluate stability and molecular structure simultaneously. This method is complementary to DSC, but can allow monitoring of structure of proteins with thermal stability. The optimal concentration range for Helix analysis is generally 10 mg/mL, with a volume requirement as little as 20 µL.
