Marykay Marchigiani

Chief Financial Officer

A financial leader and strategic partner with over 20 years of business experience, Marykay Marchigiani, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer for KBI Biopharma. Her career has spanned many functional areas in commercial and government contracting, management consulting, biotechnology, construction, manufacturing, and public accounting.

Marykay previously served as the Global Chief Financial Officer at Advanced Bioscience Laboratories and later was the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of ABL’s U.S. Operations. Prior to that, Marykay served as CFO of the Battelle National Biodefense Institute (BNBI), a national security biocontainment laboratory, and Censeo Consulting Group. She also held senior financial roles at MedImmune, LLC, and Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC).

Marykay holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Virginia Tech and is a Certified Public Accountant.
