Katie Edgar is a strategic leader who brings over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, legal affairs, and portfolio and alliance management. Katie’s career has supported a multitude of functional areas including vaccines, manufacturing, real estate, mergers & acquisitions, and sports and entertainment. Before coming to KBI, Katie spent 4 years with Novavax building and leading their global licensee product portfolio as well as supporting their licensee and CDMO commercial COVID vaccine launch in multiple markets globally. 

Katie holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland and a joint bachelor’s degree in economics and political science.
