Jean-Baptiste (JB) Agnus brings more than two decades of extensive leadership in business development within the biopharmaceutical and biotech industries. He has experience in commercial development spanning biologics, small molecule Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), and cell and gene therapies. With a proven track record of implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, and cultivating high-performing teams, JB leads KBI’s global business development initiatives to drive business growth and strengthen the company’s presence in key markets around the globe. Prior to joining KBI, JB held leadership roles with increasing responsibility in business development at AGC Biologics, Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services, Novasep, and Isochem.  
 
JB holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Centrale Marseille.
